I make it well-known that mentoring is my jam. Many may not know why: as the first generation in my family to go to college and as a child of immigrants, there were so many things I didn’t know. Some I had to just figure out on my own. But many things I learned from mentors. Because most of my mentors are such that I can’t give back – it is for them that I pay it forward.
